This Design is used by Marvin, but will fit other doors with the same Dimensions.
Dimensions of escutcheon plate are 12-1/2 Inches X 1-7/8 Inches.
The distance from the bottom screw to the center of the thumbturn assembly is 10-1/8 Inches.
This set is keyed, Schlage SC1 keyway
Handed from the factory, but can be changed.
Color / Finish: Polished Brass

Old Style has horizontal screw holes at Thumb turn
New Style has Vertical screws at thumb turn
