Shipping & Returns

Return Policy for Items Purchased on DoorAndWindowParts.com:

If your item(s) are in good condition as when sold, we are happy to refund your order minus the costs of shipping. If your order is over $100, we will deduct a 25% restocking fee.

In order for your purchase to be refunded, item(s) must be:
  • Received within 30 days after the original order shipment date
  • In new, re-sellable condition
  • In full entirety: all parts included
  • Shipped with an RMA (details below) - We cannot accept returns that have not been assigned an RMA Number
We cannot refund item(s) that are:
  • Scratched, broken, used, or with missing or replaced parts
  • Marked as "non-returnable," "special order" or "final sale" on original web listing
For Item(s) over $100:
  • Returns of items or orders totaling $100 or more in original purchase price (including taxes) are subject to a 25% restocking fee, as many of these items are special-order and we cannot return them to the manufacturer. Please note that some special-order items are specifically denoted as such on our web listing and are therefore non-returnable or final sale, and we cannot refund you, with or without a restocking fee.

How to Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):

  1. When you're ready to return your purchase, email returns@allaboutdoors.com with the following information:
    • Name
    • Online order invoice number or phone order contact ID number (both are 6-digits)
    • Part number(s) you want to return (if more than one part on order)
    • Reason why you want to return & a request for an exchange if needed
    • Email and phone number we can reach you at
    • If you believe you have received the wrong part or it is damaged, please include a photo

If you're returning an item(s) due to an error on our part, please let us know. We will cover the costs of shipping and immediately ship you a replacement. If your item(s) is damaged when you receive it, please take a photo ASAP and email it to us if possible.

  1. When RMA is authorized, you will receive an email with an RMA number. Please print and include the email in your return shipment. If possible, please include the packing slip (original or copy) as well. We cannot accept returns that have not been assigned an RMA number.

  2. Pack your purchase securely in a box with appropriate packing to ensure the safe return of our product, and mail it to:

  3. When we receive your return in the mail, we will email you a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.

Exchange Policy for Items Purchased on DoorAndWindowParts.com:

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment date of original purchase.

To exchange an item(s), please follow the same process noted above to obtain an RMA. Please note in your email what part number(s) you would like to receive in exchange.

When we process your authorization, we will charge or credit the difference between the return and exchange items. If items being returned are less in dollar amount than item(s) being purchased/exchanged, we will charge for the difference. If new purchase/exchange item(s) is less than returned item(s), difference will be credited back to your account.

Please note that any item(s) being returned for exchange must meet the criteria for returns, that is: be in new, resellable condition with all parts included.

Cancellation Policy for Items Purchased on DoorAndWindowParts.com:

Generally, cancellations must be received within 48 hours of the time the order was made in order to receive a full refund on your product including shipping costs.

We do our best to ensure that your products are shipped to you as quickly as possible; oftentimes that is much faster than 48 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order, but we'd be happy to issue you a refund through the returns process as described above.

If you order a special order product and we have already placed the order with our distributor, we may be unable to cancel the order or issue a full refund.

Please read all part(s) descriptions carefully to ensure that you're ordering what you need.

Shipping to USA Customers - all 50 States
  • $7.95 for USPS First Class (8-15 business days)
  • $10.95 for USPS Priority Mail (4-6 business days)
  • $15.00 for UPS (3-5 business days)
  • Overnight - Call Office

Shipping to International Customers - Flat Rate 317mm x 241mm USPS Envelopes
  • $19.95 for Canada and Mexico (10-15 business days)
  • $24.95 for Outside of North America (10-15 business days)
  • Customers are responsible for all duties and local/import taxes.
Most items are shipped within 2 business days of ordering. You will be notified within 48 hours if there is a delay regarding your order.

Note: Some items may be more expensive to ship, especially international. We reserve the right to adjust shipping. We will notify the customer prior to adjustment, and if they do not agree we may cancel the order at our discretion.

Back Order/Credit Card Policy

All credit cards are charged within 72 hours for all online orders, including back orders.

Packing Materials

We recycle paper, cardboard, packing materials, and boxes when possible.

Most hardware and parts are from manufactures and are purchased in bulk. Most do not have bar codes or retail packaging and may be repackaged in alternative boxing.

When possible, hardware is shipped in original retail or contractor grade packaging. We inspect parts before shipping and add additional packing if necessary to ensure safe delivery

All of our parts & hardware are in new condition, unless otherwise stated.

You can rest assured that all of our parts & hardware will be to your expectations or we will repair or replace them. However, we cannot refund shipping costs incurred. Should you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing.
