Normal Shipping & Handling Rates and Estimates (From the time the order is placed)
- $7.95 for USPS First Class (8-15 business days)
- $19.95 for Canada and Mexico (10-15 business days)
- $24.95 for Outside of North America (10-15 business days)
Most items are shipped within 2 business days of ordering. You will be notified within 48 hours if there is a delay regarding your order.
- Note: Some items may be more expensive to ship, especially international. We reserve the right to adjust shipping. We will notify the customer prior to adjustment, and if they do not agree we may cancel the order at our discretion.
Back Order/Credit Card Policy
All credit cards are charged within 72 hours. Even on back orders.
Packing Materials
We recycle paper, cardboard, packing materials, and boxes when possible. All of our parts & hardware are in new condition, unless otherwise stated. We inspect parts before shipping and add additional packing if necessary to ensure safe delivery. Most parts are shipped in their original retail or contractor grade packaging. Some may be repackaged in alternative boxing. You can rest assured that all of our parts & hardware will be to your expectations or we will repair or replace them. However, we cannot refund shipping costs incurred. Should you have any questions, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Returns:
Most items may be returned for a refund or exchange, some exceptions being tools and specialty orders. There is a 25% restocking fee applied to returned items and shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Returns must be returned in new condition or they will be subject to an additional restocking fee. Items being returned should be sent to:

Exchange:
If you want to exchange your original purchase, we will credit the product total towards your new order. If the new parts are less we will credit you the difference. Additional shipping and handling is the buyer's responsiblity.
Cancelled Orders:
Notice of order cancellation needs to be received within 24 hours of the date the order was placed. Notices recieved after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
